Can I have my order sent to an address other than the billing address?

That’s no problem: you have the option of entering a different billing or delivery address during the order process. However, once your package has been delivered (i.e. handed over to the shipping service), we no longer have any influence on delivery requests.

What does shipping cost?

For deliveries within Germany we charge a shipping fee of 4,90 Euro.

From an order value of 120,00 Euro the shipping is free of charge.

For deliveries to addresses outside of Germany, we charge a shipping fee of 11.90 Euro. From an order value of 200,00 Euro the shipping is free of charge.

Delivery time and tracking

We ship your orders with our service partner DHL. DHL delivers your package within 1-3 days in Germany. Deliveries to other countries within and outside Europe take up to 7 days, depending on the country. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next working day. All our products are available at all times unless otherwise stated on the product page. If we have any problems delivering your order, we will inform you immediately and do everything we can to process the order as quickly as possible. After we have handed over the parcel to DHL, you will receive a tracking code that you can use to track the status of your shipment at any time.
