Single Origin, also called varietal coffee, refers to coffee that comes from a specific growing country, a cooperative, or even a single farm. In order to carry this title, the beans must be seperated from those of other regions or coffee countries. The great thing is that each of these varieties has a very specific flavor profile with certain aromas.
